Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Blossom Romance, including our website, member profiles and communication tools. By registering for an account, browsing member profiles or continuing to use the platform after these terms are updated, you agree to be bound by them. These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information, and our Cookie Policy, which describes the cookies used on this site. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.
Membership and Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Each member may hold only one active account, and profile information — including photographs, age and stated relationship goals — must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Before a profile becomes visible to other members, it undergoes verification and moderation review as part of our broader approach to trust and safety. Blossom Romance reserves the right to decline, suspend or remove a membership that does not meet these eligibility requirements.
Member Conduct
Members are expected to conduct themselves with the same courtesy they would extend at a formal introduction. The following standards apply to every interaction on the platform:
- Communicate with other members respectfully and in good faith.
- Represent your intentions and personal circumstances honestly.
- Refrain from harassment, threats or unwelcome persistent contact.
- Cooperate with reasonable requests from our moderation team.
Our moderation team reviews profiles and member interactions to confirm alignment with these standards and responds directly to conduct that falls short of them.
Prohibited Behaviour
The following actions are not permitted on Blossom Romance and may result in immediate suspension of an account:
- Using fake, stolen or digitally altered photographs.
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity.
- Soliciting money, gifts or financial information from members.
- Promoting external businesses, services or third-party platforms.
- Using automated tools, bots or scripts to access the platform.
- Sharing another member's private information without consent.
Reported violations are reviewed by our moderation team, and accounts found in breach of this section may be suspended or permanently removed.
Content, Liability and Disclaimers
Members retain full responsibility for the content they upload, including photographs, profile descriptions and messages, and confirm that they hold the necessary rights to share that content. By submitting content, you grant Blossom Romance a limited, non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform for the purpose of operating our matchmaking service.
Blossom Romance provides its services on an “as available” basis and makes no warranty regarding the outcome of any introduction, relationship or match. While our moderation team reviews profiles and interactions in line with community rules, we are not responsible for the offline conduct of members, including meetings, communications or arrangements made outside the platform.
Suspension, Termination and Changes
Blossom Romance may suspend or terminate a membership where an account breaches these Terms, is found to contain fraudulent information, or is reported for conduct inconsistent with our community standards. Members may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, access to member profiles, messages and communication tools ends, though certain records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services or applicable regulations. Where changes are significant, we will provide reasonable notice on the platform. If you have questions about these Terms, please contact our support team.
